Re. Dividend payment from a subsidiary company
The Company wishes to report that the shareholders meeting of Charn Issara Viphaphol Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of Charn Issara Development PLC, on July 8, 2010 informed that as it has retained earning amounting 172 Million Baht. It then has resolved to pay partial dividend from the operating profit of 2010 to shareholders of total 60,000 shares at the rate of 700 Baht per share totaling 42,000,000.- Baht (Forty Two Million Baht only). The dividend payment will be designated within July 2010.
Charn Issara Development PLC who holds 50% of the said Company's shares will therefore expect a dividend of 21 Million Baht.
