Dividend Policy & Payment
The Company’s dividend policy is to pay no more than 40% of its net income after corporate income tax each year as dividend. However, many factors must be taken in to consideration before deciding to pay dividend such as operation result and financial status, the company’s liquidity, business expansion, and other factors related to management of the company. In order to pay dividend it must be agreed upon in the shareholders meeting with consent of the company’s board of directors.
